Peter Carol Coaches have long been recognised as offering superior levels of service with vehicles presented to the highest possible standard. We take cleanliness extremely seriously, so we have a strict regime which is applied to every vehicle in our fleet.

Each coach is thoroughly cleaned after EVERY hire. Our cleaners have an extensive checklist to follow. Tables, handrails, kitchen areas, toilet/washrooms and floors are fully cleaned and sanitised. ALL interior windows are fully cleaned after every job. In addition, our climate control and air conditioning systems are regularly serviced with new filters fitted each time.

Peter Carol is set apart from other operators due to only allocating one client to a vehicle per day. Other operators tend to be committed to school runs which means their coaches regularly have to fit in more than one client per coach per day. We do not do this. Our coaches will not be used by anyone else during the time it is allocated to a customer.

It should also be pointed out that travelling on a Peter Carol coach is much cleaner than using alternative public transport such as buses or trains due the constant turnover of passengers on these modes of transport.

We are proud to have been awarded Visit Britain’s new ‘We're Good To Go’ industry mark. It is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. The idea is to reassurance clients and passengers that clear processes are in place and that as a business we are ‘good to go’.
